Our Safer World: Haiti | a CSR Documentary Film Production

As part of Dice Corporation's Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, I directed and produced Our Safer World: Haiti, a short documentary film that showcased the life-changing impact of the "Woman to Woman Empowerment" program in Haiti. This powerful initiative, supported by sponsors including The Avenue Hair Studio & Spa, Lift Kids - Haiti, Community of Hope, Per4Max, Wicked Sister, and Owosso Public Schools, was designed to uplift and empower women in Haiti through education on healthy parenting, nutrition, and overall well-being.

The documentary highlighted how the program focused on teaching Haitian women the essential skills to become effective mothers and role models in their communities, emphasizing the importance of nurturing and raising children in a healthy, loving environment. Through interviews, on-the-ground footage, and personal stories, we captured the resilience of the women and the profound changes taking place in their lives.

The collaboration also included generous donations such as school supplies, toys, food, clothing, beauty products, sporting equipment, mattresses, and wheelchairs. Additionally, funds were raised to build a cafeteria for the local community, further supporting the holistic development of the children and families in the area.

This project was an incredible example of how corporate partnerships and community collaboration can come together to create a lasting positive impact. By producing this documentary, I helped amplify the message of hope and empowerment, ensuring that the voices of these remarkable women were heard.
