As the Video Director and Production Assistant for this impactful promo video, I led the creative and logistical aspects of the project, ensuring the story of the Islamic Medical Association (IMA) was captured with authenticity and clarity. Working closely with the physicians and community leaders, I oversaw the interview process and directed the visual storytelling to highlight the IMA’s dedication to Flint’s community. The video showcases the IMA’s role in supporting Flint’s three major hospitals, organizing a free clinic, food distributions, health screenings for first responders, and diaper drives. My role included coordinating shoot locations, securing the necessary resources, and working with my team to craft a compelling narrative that reflects the IMA’s ongoing commitment to the people of Flint, both today and into the future.
