When I joined Advantage Unified Commerce, the agency was in its early stages, and one of the most pivotal projects was building a website that would position us as a leader in CPG shopper marketing. The design process was already underway, and a development team based in India had been selected. My role as the project manager was to take the reins and ensure the site was developed to reflect the agency's vision and capabilities.

I facilitated communication between the design and development teams, navigating strict meeting schedules and managing a dynamic environment where stakeholders and priorities shifted frequently. I worked closely with the development team, often coordinating early morning meetings to align on progress, address challenges, and ensure deadlines were met despite the distance and time differences. This website was not just a digital presence but a key tool to showcase our expertise in cutting-edge marketing solutions, from UX/UI design to seamless functionality.

The successful launch of the website helped solidify Advantage Unified Commerce as a forward-thinking player in the highly competitive shopper marketing space, setting the stage for us to win key accounts and grow our presence in the industry.
